Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow necessary days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

Shipment Rates & Delivery Times

All our products are eligible for FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Delivery times vary depending on location as shown below

North America - 15-25 Business Days 
UK & Europe - 15-30 Business Days 
Rest of the World - 20-35 Business Days

Since, we are a startup, our products are supplied on a per-order basis. However, since our business is growing, our Production Team is working hard to cut down the delivery times by half, in the very near future

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery time does not account for the holidays in your region (if any) at the time of shipping

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please our support team to file a claim at support@gotvaag.com

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
